No Drilling, No Traces: The Sportneer pull up bar uses innovative fixative technology to hold the bar in place without the need for drilling. It is supported by 2 enlarged 6.5″x1.8″ PVC mats to ensure enough friction for sustained use. The base and bar are connected by 4 metal fixed points that ensure the PVC mat is pressed outward if the bar slips from the base, which provides a fall-proof design for the user. The heavier the load, the more sturdy it is.
Easy-peasy Installation: The installation is quite easy. Guided by detailed instructions and video, plus 5 arrow directions on the surface and spirit levels on both ends to make your installation smooth. All you have to do is extend it to the comfortable length and height and you are good to go! Please make sure your doorway or wall is strong enough for installation. Ceramic tiles, glass, or non-solid structures are not ideal surfaces to install the fitness bar.

It comes with an ultra long, integrated anti-slip cotton handlebar that supports a flexible grip. It is sweat-resistant, odorless, and wear-proof. Simply twist the bar to adjust it to any size within 29.5″~37″ (74.9cm~94cm) to get the ideal dimension for your workout like pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, stretching and more!
Heavy Duty Construction: Our Pull Up Bar is designed to support weights of up to 440lb/200kg with ease, thanks to the combination of a 2mm outer steel pipe and a 1.5mm inner steel pipe. This bar is built to last for years without deformation or breakage, making it a reliable and durable addition to your home gym. The longer the use distance of the horizontal bar, the smaller the load.
Note: Ensure your door frame width is 29.5-37 inches (75-94 cm) before buying. This Chin-up Bar doesn’t fit glass, carved, or hollow wooden door frames, or frames with small cracks or foam-filled walls.
Please read the instructions carefully before installing. The door frame must be wider than the anti-slip pads on both ends of the pull-up bar. Ensure the surface where the pads connect is flat, not curved. Make sure the extensions on both sides are equal in length during installation.Verify the marked rotation direction; reversing it may cause locking.

Review:  Very easy to use! You don’t need professional skills to set it up. Just need to adjust it into a hallway. You can extend the bar’s edges according to your desire. Grip is very good and my son says it is of a very nice quality. Not suited for gymnastic purposes, as when swinging in the bar, it became loose. It is not portable, and very heavy. Overall, 5 stars

Review: Let me tell you, it’s been a game-changer. I bought this for me to learn how to do pull ups and improve my grip strength but my brother were interested in it as well. My brothers are on the bigger side –between 250 to 325 pounds, and they’ve been able to do pull-ups and hang on it until they’re arms give out, basically anything you can do with a bolted/ pull up bar, without any issues.It looks really slick. Fits right under the door frame, which is super convenient, but if you’re tall like my brothers, be prepared to get cozy with the ceiling when you get up. It’s a small trade-off considering how solidly built and affordable this thing is.The quality is outstanding. Its sturdy as heck, even when my brothers are really going at it to test it before hanging on it (who wouldn’t) it didn’t budge at all. Installation was a breeze after I picked the instructions out of the trash like I always do. No tools or expertise to get it up securely.Honestly, for the price, this pull-up bar feels like a steal. Perfect for anyone who needs something reliable for home workouts, especially if you’ve got bigger folks in the mix.
