Instructions for mattress controller:
1. Standby key: press this key to display “10”, and the massage mattress starts to work. At this time, it is in the automatic mode, and the default 10 minute timing starts. Press again to display “20”, and start the 20 minute timing. Then press again to display “30”, and start the 30 minute timing. Finally, press again to display “of” and the massage mattress will stop working.
2. Mode: press this key to select 9 different massage modes of whole body vibration massage, “F1” – “F8” “Au” a total of 9 modes can be selected.
3. Strength adjustment: press this button to increase or decrease the vibration massage strength, a total of 9 levels of strength can be adjusted, namely “S1” – “59”.

How to use the foot controller
1. Standby key: press the standby key to enter automatic massage. The default timing is 15 minutes (automatic switching between positive and negative).
2. Direction key: press the direction key to change the massage direction of the massage head. Press once for forward massage, and then press once for reverse massage.
3. Strength key: press this key for the first time after starting up to switch to strong gear, and then press it again to switch. There are three gears to choose from.
4. Heating key: press the heating key to select warm massage. Press once for warm start, and then press once for warm close.
Instructions for neck controller:
