Review: Bought this after bad experience with other brand resistance band but to my Suprise these bands are really good in quality and the ab sliders are an additional bonus.The bag is of good quality too which makes it easy for us to carry the bands wherever we go.Range of motion of the bands are equally good and i mainly use this for my squat warmup and glute exercises and they help me a lot.Overall a value for money product!

Review: Recieved just now. Contrary to some of the negative reviews, all the items were as described. The bands are good, without any cuts or damages. Since these bands are made of natural rubber expect the distinct smell. Do not expect too long a life since natural rubber deteriorated over time. As someone working in rubber industry, I would suggest to keep these bands away from direct sunlight and electric /electronic equipments that can cause ozone formation.
