Title: Abs roller
Review: I’m sharing my 2 months experience and as per my observation this roller is game fitness changing machine in my daily life routine and now I noticed much of positive improvement with my body and fitness.I gain actual body shapes of abdominal muscles, chest muscles , back muscles , leg muscles all trained well by regular usage.This roller is very light in weight, easy to set-up and it can bear more than 200 kg weightThere is dedicated timer and stopwatch for better Focus and consistency on excercise even a phone stand to hold phone to watch excercise videos.Hand grip is very premium and it keeps my hand moisture free and safe from slip so ultimately it’s value for money in this segment and it’s very useful for my health life.

Title: Better than many.
Review: Initially bought 2 different types of ab rollers on f**kart, both were extremely flimsy and so returned both. Next bought this lifelong ab roller here on Amazon. It turned out to be quite good. I still removed 1 star because the hollow straight pipe(that goes through the main body on which the left and right elbow-support pads are fitted using screws) is not very strong because the pipe starts to flatten when you try to tighten up the screws. The product will become better if the lifelong brand uses a stronger and sturdy pipe instead.

Title: Best ABS roller with in budget with good durability and best performance.
Review: The build quality of the Abs roller is good.After trying different models I like this model, it is very comfortable and easy to use as i am a beginner i went with this model with the timer near the foam grip it made easy for me to workout by taking reading of time interval for every session during workouts.It is budget friendly ,The instructions are very accurate and it took me roughly 15 mins to assemble the ABS roller. It is very helpful to me doing workout in home as i am unable to go to gym in this busy day to day life.This rebound model reduces strain in my body compared to non rebound model.It took some time to adapt the roller by gradually increasing the time spent on roller for workout while giving the gaps regularly to avoid muscle sprain. It is very helpful in building core muscles and build stamina .The foam grip is strong and very comfortable while doing workout.The build quality of the foam spacer is little bit weak compared to the other components but for this price we cannot expect better quality .

Title: Very easy to use. Scientific design. Overall good.
Review: I am using it for few days only. Thus it is too early to give complete review at this moment. But apparently the product is awesome. The conventional abb roller available in the market is for pro people. They require so much strength to pull it back to previous position after stretching out. This also associated some risk related to ligament and mussel. But this abb roller is very much scientific. Also the design give you comfort and safety in time of workout. I think this is perfect for the beginners. With minimum effort you can achieve optimum stretching. Also you don’t have to pul it back , the design will help to return to the starting position after stretching. Overall this is good product I think so far based on my workout.

Review: This is superb for abs and arms, smooth rolling action and home workouts its very useful for exercise, It is a very good product quality, This product is very nice within this price, Very useful product that helps to build a strong core, it you can increase your stamina and also losse you fat .Its portable i can carry it anywhere and exercise and its easy to use.I really love this product
