Title: Value for money!!!
Review: Overall my family has lost 18 kg combined because of this treadmil, I walk 4km everday and I haven’t seen any issue yet(it has been 6 months since day of purchase).The treadmil is good though the calorimeter seems a bit fishy, because I don’t think so running 4km burns 275 calories… It will burn somewhere close to 211 calories but anyways the product is nice…It fit in the space, personally I use it while watching YouTube, which is pretty convinient and time efficient..The speakers(ofcourse of the treadmill) are not very laud thus using them at high speeds like 7kmph or even 6kmph is not convinient so I use heaphones.Overall I can say that the investment is good as it actually worked for me, within just 2 months(because I did not use it in the first four months ) I have lost 6 kgs which is brilliant..

Title: Report after 6 months of using the treadmill
Review: Me and my family had been using it for a little bit more than six months now, totalling around one to two hours per day, and so far we haven’t faced any issue. The installation is easy, we don’t even need to call mechanics, we did it by ourselves. I love that it is sturdy and is easy to use . Also, they have a great after sale service. All in all, i have good experience with the product and the seller.

Title: Defective treadmill delivered by DURAFIT
Review: The treadmill stops suddenly while it is operational. It may happen after 5 minutes or 10 minutes of operation. This problem arises intermittently. At times when speed is increased above 5.5 km/ hour it abruptly increases to 12km/hour. Perhaps machine with defective circuitry has been delivered. I had complained about the same to the customer care. Once mechanic had been sent. His view was that perhaps machine has problem with Circuit. I hope that company’s customer care personnel will respond and rectify this problem once I am giving feedback on AMAZON site.The poor customer orientation of company is continuing till now. One month ago I had contacted the Durafit company to send toolkit of my treadmill. I was asked to pay Rs. 900 which included courier cost also. They promised to dispatch in 3-4 days. From 12th january 2024 till now, I.e. 10th february 2024 they haven’t sent it. In between I enquired 4-5 times. Each time I was promised that it will be sent in 2-3 days. Now when I call through my registered mobile they don’t even attend the call.
