Review: I have been using this treadmill for the past few months. It is definitely worth the money. The product comes with a massager which is not very great but is decent. The product is very easy to assemble and install. The only problem which I faced was that the belt got damaged very quickly (Just wear and tear. The machine still runs). This can be an individual incident and I checking if I can replace the belt. The product is well enough for good-paced walking and jogging. Never tried high-paced running on this. Overall it is a good product for people who wish to use this for daily fitness exercises.

Title: Its a fake company dont buy this durafit product
Review: This is Sunil after purchase this product and uasage of 30minutes i went to US and product not in usage for 1year and now i called to the customer care of durafit and my request is to reinstall the product in new room and need a service they told me we need to pay uninstallation, reinstallation and service charge for 1000 1st and later to 800 INRAfter several call to the techician today the techician came and told me that circuit issue is there in your product and i have called to customer care of durafit explained my situation she argued me for 30minutes and i asked the manager number or can you please arrange a managers calls to disguss about my issue she replied me in a harash manner and told me that what is the proof of not used the product for 1year i told her you can come enquiry in apartment whether my home is door lock for 10months and i can show my flight tickets i am out of country and also ask the techician to check the quality of product and how the conditio he can tell right after seeing the product that also she did not agree and kept the phone.After her discussion i came to know that after purchasing the product customer should go around them for service customer should pay the techician and after one year of product completion product will get damage means durafit is selling defective products.And also customer executive told me that there is no office to the Durafit company at Chennai and all workers are work from home.No service at your purcahsed location and dont have any long lasting product durablity and techician are visiting are not from company they are local techicians and we need to pay them for every visit and they charged me 1st installation 500 inr aftet purchased.My recommend is its a fraud company Amazon please dont encourage this type of fraud people in your website i have wasted 27000/- INR for usage of 30minutes Maximum.And also techician who came is a local thread mill instalation person he removed new Electronic cheap and replaced damage one company is doing this i came to recognise because when i told to share the pictures he hasitated and did not send after left my service.
