Review: My mazzager stopped working after a few uses. I contacted thier support and the warranty claim was so hassle-free.They sent me a replacement unit. The massager is working fine now.About the massager: very useful product. I get sore muscles from time to time from working out in the gym. This helps relax with deep tisshe massage.Overall I am impressed with their customer service.

Review: Very short time for the right review as I used it for only 1 week, but my first impressions are :-1) Definitely Sturdy, Durable, very heavy2) All features claimed with product are working super fine, speed, mode all r working fine.3) Plastic build quality is best, no compromiseCons:-1) gets heated up, within 10 – 15 mins of usage, but I feel its OK & it doesn’t hamper overall performance & durability, in a way little bit of heat is good for strained muscles,,,2) the plastic sheet where buttons are moulded looks like they might come off, only time should testify.
