Title: A complete waste of money!
Review: It’s a pathetic product and doesn’t do the one thing it is supposed to do… Slide!The plastic is not smooth at all and doesn’t slide one bit. I tried on various surfaces.. Tiled, wooden, carpet, stone. It got heavily scratched, and also scratched my tiles. And now that it is scratched, it can’t be returned.I have had to immediately order another sliders from another brand.

Title: Good product
Review: Works very well for core workout. Only drawback is the plastic base scratches badly on the floor/ground while sliding. It got all scratched in the first use itself. I now use a yoga mat for sliding.
